The newly-revised California Structured Settlement Protection Act, like its earlier counterparts, provides that the California Attorney General is to receive notice of any judicial proceeding commenced under the state.
The Structured Settlement Protecton Act expressly provides that the notice must include, among other things, a copy of "any order or approval of any court . . . authorizing or approving the structured settlement . . . ." Cal. Ins. Code § 10139(a).
